Week One
Day One: 3 miles (w/ stroller)/ Day 2: rest / Day: 3 miles (treadmill)/ Day 4: 3 miles (w/ stroller)/ Day 5: rest/ Day 6: rest/ Day 7: 6 miles (outdoors)

Week Two
Day One: rest/ Day 2: 3 miles (outdoors)/ Day 3: rest)/ Day 4: 3 miles (outdoors)/ Day 5: 3 miles (outdoors)/ Day 6: 7 miles (outdoors)/ Day 7: rest

Week Three
Day One: rest/ Day 2: 3 miles (treadmill)/ Day 3: 3 miles (treadmill)/ Day 4: 4 miles (treadmill)/ Day 5: rest/ Day 6: rest/ Day 7: 5 miles (outdoor)/

Week Four
Day One: rest/ Day 2: 3 miles (outdoors)/ Day 3: 4 miles (outdoors)/ Day 4: 3 miles (treadmill)/Day 5: rest/ Day 6: 9 miles (outdoors)/ Day 7: rest

Week Five
Day One: rest/ Day 2: 3 miles (treadmill)/ Day 3: 5 miles (treadmill)/ Day 4: rest (big toe was achy)/Day 5: rest/ Day 6: 10 miles (outdoors)/ Day 7: rest

Week Six
Day One: rest (zumba)/Day 2: 3 miles (treadmill)/Day 3: 5 miles (outdoors with stroller in 90′s heat)/Day 4: 3 miles (outdoors with stroller in 90′s heat, Evan fell asleep on our way to the gym)/Day 5: rest/ Day 6: rest (sprained ankle)/ Day 7: 7 miles

Week Seven
Day One: rest /Day 2: rest/Day 3: 3 miles (treadmill)/Day 4: 6 miles (outdoors with stroller) + ballet DVD (50min)/Day 5: 3 miles + Pilates w/resistance DVD (40min)/ Day 6: walk (2 miles)/ Day 7: 12 miles

Week Eight
Day One: rest /Day 2: 3 miles (outdoors w/ stroller) + ballet 65min/Day 3: 6 miles (outdoors w/ stroller)/ Day 4: 3 miles (outdoors with stroller)/ Day 5: Rest/ Day 6: Rest/ Day 7: 13 miles (outdoors)

Week Nine
Day One: rest /Day 2: 3 miles (outdoors w/ stroller) + ballet 65min/Day 3: missed out on running because of crazy weather/ Day 4: 4 miles (outdoors with stroller)/ Day 5: Rest/ Day 6: 10 miles (outdoors Michigan)/ Day 7: rest

Week Ten
Day One: rest /Day 2: 3 miles (treadmill)/Day 3: missed out on running because tight sked/ Day 4: 4 miles (treadmill)/ Day 5: 7 miles (outdoors with stroller)/ Day 6: rest/ Day 7: 15 miles (outdoors)

Week Eleven
Day One: rest /Day 2: rest/Day 3: 4 miles (outdoors with stroller)/ Day 4: missed out on running – Evan and I were sick had to go to the doctor last minute/ Day 5: 4 miles (outdoors with stroller)/ Day 6: rest/ Day 7: 16 miles (outdoors)

Week Twelve
Day One: rest /Day 2: rest/Day 3: 4 miles (indoors)/ Day 4: 8 miles (outdoors with stroller)/ Day 5: rest/ Day 6: rest/ Day 7: rest (too exhausted from Tom’s picnic)

Week Thirteen
Day One: rest /Day 2: 4 miles (treadmill)/Day 3: 9 miles (outdoors with stroller)/ Day 4: 5 miles (treadmill)/ Day 5: rest/ Day 6: 18 miles (outdoors)/ Day 7: rest
