My Video Demo Using Photoshop And Illustrator

Another Mac iWork Suite application I love is Screenflow which records the actions you do on the computer.

As I am putting together a movie about the library’s graphic studio where I volunteer at, I thought I would record a sample of the things I do using Photoshop and Illustrator then edit it in iMovie. For the artwork I used the Food And Wine category silent auction sign I made for our church’s fundraiser.

It was oh-so-cool to see the entire process for the first time.

I almost forgot, the library computer director walked in on me making the sign and asked if he could use it on the library blog and here it is:

That was fun to see too.

I agree with the computer director, wow you are talented! I’m in awe watching the video. So how long did it take you to actually create that poster?

Thanks Ed =) I did this a little over an hour. It would have been faster if I didn’t have to improvise on Amy Adam’s head – but it turned out to be the most fun to watch part though.
